Fresh 2 Death: Smoothie Edition

Feeling less than stellar about your post-Mardi self? Did you eat Ben & Jerry’s and Domino’s for breakfast six days in a row? Want to make a change in your life but aren’t that committed? Balance out that entire box of S’mores Poptarts you just downed with some of these ~fab~ smoothie recipes.

 

1. Trøpical Greēn 

  • 1 generous handful of spinach
  • 3-5 cubes of frozen pineapple
  • Half a small frozen banana
  • Cup of vanilla greek yougurt
  • 3/4 cup of cold water
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (optional garnish)

Blend all ingredients together for 2 intervals of 30 seconds. Pour and enjoy!

 

 

2. Peanut-Butter Banana Protein Bläst

  • A small frozen banana cut in 2
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • A scoop of vanilla hemp protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seed

Blend all ingredients for 3 intervals of 20 seconds. Drink.

 

3. Chia-Berry Booster 

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 2 fresh strawberries artfully cut 
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Unsweetened coconut shavings (optional garnish)
  • Vanilla-blueberry granola clusters (optional garnish)

Blend everything together except for coconut shavings and granola clusters. 

 

Chase all smoothies with S’mores poptart.
