One of my favorite trends that returns in fall is the over the knee boot. Not only do they make everyone look fab, they come in multiple styles, shapes, colors, heights, and, fabrics. They can work with a variety of outfit’s, jeans and a t-shirt to a fun dress and fur vest. Although over the knee boots can be expensive so many brands are producing them that they can be found at multiple price levels. I highly recommend everyone having at least one pair (or five) in their closest.

I am not sure what exactly makes me feel empowered when I wear them but I think they make any outfit simple yet elegant. They are extremely feminine and that is part of what makes a simple boot make me feel great.

You might see five girls in the same room wearing these but there is a reason for that. They might be on the pricier side but they are classic and work with any outfit. Also somehow they have the power to fit all heights my 5”8 friend and I, 5”4, have the same pair and we both rock them. I wear these almost daily in the fall and winter.

The change in color

Yes, UGG came out with an over the knee boot! I am not sure about the fashion worlds take on these, but I would happily wear a pair in snowing negative degree weather.

The zipper
Sometimes the idea of trying to make your jean just right in boots that you have to pull on can be daunting. That is why these are so nice. The zipper on the inside allows you to pull down your pants and make them look perfect so they don’t awkwardly bunch.
