Sitting in Newhouse on Friday, something red caught my eye. A boy was sitting around the steps in between Newhouse and Schine with a bouquet of roses! Say it with me, awww!
Intrigued, I looked up now and then to see him either sitting or pacing on the steps, waiting. After a while (and before I could set my journalistic investigative skills to work), he seemed to give up and headed into Newhouse and never appearing again. Was he stood up? Was he hoping to surprise a crush of his? Either way, my heart broke a little watching him disappear from sight.
