This is a card I found in one of my favorite little shops in Northfield, Studio Elements during interim this year. Being someone who loves to watch movies, read books and listen to music (and post about it all on Her Campus:)), the beginning of the quote really intriuged me. At St. Olaf, I love when I start reading an interesting book in my English class that I can’t put down, or when I take all my friends to a movie in Viking that I recently saw and loved, and we end up talking about it extensively afterwards over Pause ice cream. I love when I can share my favorite songs on the KSTO radio station and my friends who are listening text me asking what the title of the song is because they love it so much.
I also am so grateful for all of the people I met this year and the endless amazing conversations I’ve had. Every person, professor, and class has affected me in some way and made me love this school more and more each day. I hope you can relate to some of these feelings as you wrap up your year and leave Olaf for the summer, or if you are graduating this year, I hope Olaf will always hold a special place in your heart.
