Got a hot date this Valentine’s Day? Or maybe having a girls’ night in? Well either way, get that in-love, rosy cheeked complexion with a face mask you’ll certainly fall for. This pretty pink strawberry yoghurt mask is easy to make and provides your skin with lactic acid and a bit of Vitamin C, ingredients that add antioxidants and shine. In addition, the strawberry seeds exfoliate your skin, removing dead skin cells. To make one facial mask all you need is about 3 full strawberries with the green bits cut off (you can use frozen for an extra-cooling mask, good for puffiness), and about 125ml (about 1/2 cup) plain yoghurt. Put the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth (if you don’t have a blender you can mash the strawberries with a fork and blend by hand, you’ll still get the same result-if a bit messier). Then apply the mask to your face and leave on for 20 minutes. You’ll see the yoghurt absorb into your skin and you should feel a tightening sensation as the lactic acid does its work. Cleanse, moisturize, and enjoy your gorgeous complexion!

*Also for a quick lip tip to get in shape for the big night, take some castor sugar and mix with a bit of grapeseed oil (in a pinch vegetable oil can work too) to create your own exfoliating lip scrub!*

Have a glowing Valentine’s Day!
