Treats You’ll Want To Hint At For Valentine’s Day

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at SFU chapter.

Valentine’s Day is coming up which means that it’s time to find some goodies you’d love to give… or receive this year. Whether you’re into top-notch luxury gifts, or if you’re ballin on a budget, we have some sweet options for you to choose from.

Don’t have a Valentine? No problem! Go ahead and treat yourself to some delightful gifts that you surely deserve. Go on, we know you want to.

Treat #1: Sugarfina’s Candy Bento Box

Okay, I absolutely adore Sugarfina. Everything from their packaging to their delicious candies are to die for! Their Valentine’s Day packaging this year is adorable and you can easily pick up their notable candy bento boxes at Nordstrom.

Treat #2: Landeau Roses

Landeau offers luxury roses in a simple manner. You can easily choose from one of their seven bouquets (however only two floral bouquets will be available for Valentine’s Day), provide a personalized message for the card, and a place of delivery. The rest will be taken care of by their staff. Their bouquets are simply gorgeous and are perfect for your special someone.

Treat #3: Voluspa Candles

You can never go wrong with candles! Voluspa offers a wide range of sizes and fragrances; therefore, you’ll be able to find one that will suit you or your Valentine’s tastes. Plus, their packaging is so lovely and would make a great addition to your home.

Treat #4: Perfume

People love to smell nice! However, there are so many options for perfume that it may be difficult to choose which fragrance you prefer, which is why I recommend getting a rollerball perfume or cute, tiny, sample sized fragrance sets.

Treat #5: Poetry Books

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with some poetry to get you in the loving mood. Poetry books often look beautiful and also make you feel all kinds of emotions. Nothing says “I love you”, like gifting a poetry book about love.

Treat #6: Dainty Jewellery

Dainty jewellery is simple, feminine, and also typical for everyday use. Dainty necklaces are a super sweet gift, and buying a ring (maybe even a promise ring?!) is a charming and romantic gesture that you can offer your special someone.

Treat #7: Succulents

For those who aren’t much of a floral person, succulents are a great alternative! They will definitely last longer than flowers (just like your love for your significant other), and they are usually decently priced, and sometimes come in very cute pots.

Treat #8: Silk/Satin Pajamas

Silk or satin pajamas will surely make you feel like a princess every time you wear them. Pajamas are always a safe but cute gift to give, and pajamas in a gorgeous colour or pattern makes them so much more luxurious!
