15 Thoughts Every SCU Student Has on the Weekend

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at SCU chapter.

The weekend is always an exciting time here at SCU. Here are a few thoughts every SCU student has during the weekend.

1.     I really hope I didn’t see my CF last night…

2.     *really wants food but Benson isn’t open yet*

3.     *finally gets out of bed* How the heck are there this many red cups on Bellomy?

4.     I’m just trying to recover, why are there so many shirtless males outside already?

5.     What’s for lunch? Breakfast.

6.     I should really go to the library now and try to be productive.

7.     Nah, I’m just gonna go back and nap instead.

8.     What’s for dinner? La Parilla or Bronco – neither.

9.     Time to rally. Work hard— play harder; am I right?

10.  Kay, yep, this was a bad idea.

11.  How does Netflix own my soul?

12.  Seriously, time to get my sh*t together and do something productive.

13.  HOW IS IT ALREADY WEEK __?!

14.  Next weekend I’ll definitely do all my homework ahead of time and file some applications for internships and call my grandma and do my laundry.

15.  Damn, it’s nice to take a break and relax on this beautiful campus.

Tara Karanik is a sophomore student at Santa Clara University. In between late night studying for her Chemistry and History double major, her hobbies include binge watching puppy videos and Netflix. She is addicted to coffee and will most likely say she needs more coffee throughout the day. She has truly found a home at Santa Clara and looks forward to many more adventures as a Bronco.
Victoria is a senior at Santa Clara University and is a History and Spanish double major with double minors in Political Science and Anthropology. A native Los Angelino, she's a huge Kings & Dodgers fan & will defend her favorite teams fiercely. Lover of Netflix, popcorn, & mint moose tracks ice cream. You can basically count on finding her snacking, binge-watching Game of Thrones, or in the library (sometimes all three at the same time).
