When I look for nail polish I keep a few things in mind: quality, uiqueness, and price. I stumbled upon the brand Nails Inc. at Sephora one time and was immediately impressed by the quality of these nail polishes. At $15.00 a pop, it was too much for me to spend on a nail polish, especially when I already have so many nail polishes. One day however, the nail polish gods answered my prayers and released the Nails Inc. Polish duos. Two full size nail polishes for the price of one was a great offer for the same quality formula. What really stood out to me was how unique and beautiful the colors are. I’ve collected just three of the duos and I am obsessed. The themes of the duos are amazing and essential for girls that love shimmery and iridescent colors.
Sparkle Like A Unicorn Nail Polish Duo
These colors are truly as unique as a unicorn. Rainbow Wishes, the iridescent purple, shines so many different colors under light. It reminds me of the stone in that show Dragon Tales from when I was a kid. The sparkly pink, Dream Dust, is so shimmery yet also shines iridescent colors. Both of these colors lasted for me for a week without chipping. I have received so many compliments on these colors. They are truly a unique find.
Self Made Mermaid Duo
Channel your inner mermaid with these shimmery blues! This collection screams summer and looks like a tropical ocean is at your fingertips. The iridescent color in this collection, Mermaid Parade, is very sheer yet so beautiful. It’s a more blue iridescent than Rainbow Wishes. The color is light like sea foam. Ocean Ever After looks like a shimmery ocean. It also gives off this gold/green sparkle in the light. Pictures don’t do this shade justice.
Champagne Shine Nail Polish Duo
Break out the bubbly with these shades! Inspired by the elegance of champagne, these shades are light and sparkling. Straight to My Head is a light color that shines from a nude to yellow to orange. It is extremely sheer so a few coats may be necessary if you want a bolder color. So many people have asked me about this color when I wore it because it truly is unlike any color they’ve seen. Fizz-ical reminds me of the bubbles of a sparkling rose champagne. It gives off a silvery shine in the light as well.
