Thanksgiving is obviously one of everyone’s favorite times of the year. How could it not be with the high-quality assortment of food and the much needed break that college students get from school? Unfortunately there were some people who missed the mark when it came to celebrating Thanksgiving, which is where we step in, to laugh at their mistakes.

1. When Thanksgiving was postponed a day.

2. When someone wasn’t really sure of what Thanksgiving is.

3. When someone decided to let a Honey Boo Boo Thanksgiving Special happen.

4. When someone tried to make turkey hats a thing.

5. This. Cake.

6. People who use Thanksgiving as an excuse to buy weird, themed jewelry.

7. …And get tattoos… (not temporary, I’m afraid).

8. When Lady Gaga was caught looking like a turkey.

9. This girl who doesn’t quite understand what a turkey is.

Rachael David is currently a senior at Penn State University and serves as the Campus Correspondent for Her Campus Penn State. She is majoring in public relations and minoring in psychology. Her love of creative writing and all things Penn State is what inspired her to become a member of the HC team in the fall of 2013.
