Street Style Inspiration

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at OSU chapter.

Midterms have you stuck in a fashion rut? If your brain is fried like mine, these 6 street style looks will help you get through the week with no problems.

Take staple pieces you already have in your wardrobe and combine them for a classic fall look. You can even swap out your plain black skirt for a leather or more colorful one depending on your personal style.

Graphic tees have been all the rage lately so grab your favorite one and layer it under a utility jacket or even your favorite blazer. This will keep your tee casual and keep you warm on those chilly days around campus (and even in the classroom!).

For those days when you are short on time, overalls are the perfect quick fix. They are so easy to throw on with your favorite tee or blouse so you can run out the door and get to class on time.

Instead of flats or the last remains of summer sandals, try pairing your boyfriend jeans with tennis shoes like converse. To balance the look out, try a more fitted shirt or boxy crop top!

On the days that a shower just isn’t in the cards, simply cover your post gym hair with a stylish baseball hat.

When you hear the word kimono, you instantly think of the boho flow of summer and retire it for the season. However, you can still wear this fashion favorite through the fall with your favorite skirt, tights or skinny jeans and those boots that have been dying to come out to play!
