With what seems to be the latest YouTube trend, sh*t (insert any category here) say videos have taken the web by storm. From sorority girls to cats, these videos have our generation laughing. My friends and I decided to jump on the bandwagon, and add our college mascot to the list.
Being an OU student, everyone encounters the same quotes on an almost daily (if not weekly) basis. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard ‘OU, Oh Yeah’ or ‘ Number One Party School’ around campus just this year.
My roommates and I started jotting down phrases we, or others, said that pertained especially to Ohio University and the Bobcats. We added some clips of things notorious to the Athens campus, such as squirrels and Morton Hill.
Although we aren’t pros at video making or editing, we managed to create a simple little video we hope our fellow classmates can enjoy. Even with some negativity being said about it, we keep our heads high and laugh every time we watch it.
It was a fun project and we couldn’t resist jumping on the sh*t people say bandwagon.
