Name: Chris LoBosco
Hometown: Trumbull, Connecticut
Year: Sophomore
Major: Political Science
Campus Involvement: I’m the secretary for Delta Tau Delta, which takes up most of my time outside of coop, because I am very involved with the fraternity. I am also currently working on becoming certified as a personal trainer for Marino, so hopefully I will be working there next semester.
Three Words To Describe Yourself: Easy-going, friendly, charismatic
Favorite TV Show: Seinfeld
Favorite Books: I love the Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons, basically anything written by Dan Brown.
Favorite Boston Location: Unfortunately I still haven’t been able to completely explore the city yet, but I plan to see as much of it as I can before leaving Northeastern. My favorite place is probably the Fens, though. I really enjoy walking or jogging through the community gardens in the spring and seeing everyone’s different garden plots.
Dream Job: My dream job would have to be Kite Boarding instructor. I learned how to kite board in Aruba this past Thanksgiving, and the people who taught me are living the life. Sitting on the beach, swimming, kite-boarding, and teaching others the wicked fun sport would be be an ideal way to make a living.
Travel Bucket List: I definitely need to go to Alaska to see the Northern Lights sometime in my life.
Any Comments on Greek God?: Greek God was such a fun experience for me. I have been doing Martial Arts since I was three years old, so it has always been a part of my life and has always been my passion. I never feel better than when I am training, but other than during the summer, I haven’t had much time to do so since coming to NU. Practicing and rehearsing the routine with my friends and then performing it on stage gave me a chance to revisit the sport for a little, which was a lot of fun. In all, being able to share my passion with all of greek life and then also be rewarded for it was simply amazing. Plus, I’m getting a lot of attention for my greek god status now, which isn’t that terrible either.
