Single or taken? Single

What is the best venue you’ve ever played at? We played at the Nationale Theatre and that was amazing. I think that was the biggest one we did – 700 seats or something like that.

What is your dream venue to play at? Ooh… I’d love to do Madison Square Garden.

What is your favourite memory with the band? We killed a show at Tufts University, at this exchange house that was like a tiny living room. There were like 20 people going crazy. The house almost fell over.

What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done at a show? Craziest thing I’ve done at a show is yell at Evan Crofton really loud, tell him to play the right notes.

What is the most embarrassing song on your iPod? “Circus” by Britney Spears, but I love that song. It’s not embarrassing.

What song title or song lyric best describes your life? “Is You Happy,” Warren G.

Who are your favourite singers and/or bands? Favourite singers? I don’t have a favourite band, but I listen to a lot of different stuff. Grew up on Zeppelin, Massive Attack, Dr. Dre… And I love Stevie Wonder.

What are your phone and computer wallpapers? Oh, let’s check! Oh, lame. Phone wallpaper is a drum set. We can do better. On the computer, I have earth. Space is tight and ill.

What is your favourite movie? The Big Lebowski.

If you could travel to any point in time, where would you go and why? Oh, I’d like to go to Woodstock, in ’69. That’d be an experience.

What are the three best things on your bucket list? Ooh, basketball on a blimp, grilled cheese eating contest, and skydiving with Bill Murray.

What makes you smile? Peter Weir.

What is your guilty pleasure TV show? The Simpsons, but that’s not a guilty pleasure…

If you were an animal, what animal would you be and why? I would be a blimp because they don’t use hydrogen. (Despite my protest that a blimp is not an animal, Julian stood by his answer.)

What is the last book you read for leisure? It was Life by Keith Richards.

Where is your happy place? Ooh, that’s a tough one. Let’s see, let’s see, let’s see… Rome.

Stay tuned for more Busty and the Bass campus cuties!
