Adele Speech Reactions

Pretty sure that Adele being cut off mid-acceptance speech at the Brits is not something that you have ‘missed’ last week; however you may not have heard the reactions from fellow celebrities following the mishap. Former pop star Lily Allen took to twitter to express her anger towards the BRITs, claiming that Adele being cut off was a metaphor for the music industry’s attitude to women.  James Corden himself has also revealed his true feelings about having to stop Adele from saying her whole speech, as he said to the Sun newspaper: ‘I can’t believe that’s what they were asking me to do. I was furious and put in a horrible position.’ Other angry tweeters following the event included Kimberly Walsh, Professor Green and Mollie King, who said she would have preferred to hear what Adele had to say instead of the 10 o’clock news, or as she put it the ’10 o’clock snooze!!!’.

Cheryl Cole Denies X Factor Return

It seems like lately every single Cheryl Cole tweet makes the headlines, and this week she shocked followers and decided to put the record straight about her future at the X Factor, by denying that she has any plans to return. Since being axed from the US version of the show last year, there has been much speculation over whether she will return back to our screens for the 2012 series here in the UK. Even fellow judge Louis Walsh has been spreading the rumour by saying that she could be back as a replacement for Kelly Rowland. However,  Cheryl has dismissed all the claims, and described the X Factor as ‘part of the past’, but that it was a ‘great experience’. She ended the tweet with the hash tags #letsmoveonnow #newnewspls Zzzzz *yawns*.

Cat Deely and Patrick Kielty are Together

Irish television presenter Patrick Kielty has finally confirmed that he and Fame Academy colleague Cat Deely are an item. The pair have been photographed together various times,  sparking rumours of a relationship, however neither were prepared to admit they were more than just friends until this week when Patrick was asked if he had a ‘special lady in his life’, to which he replied ‘yeah, Cat’ (MailOnline).  The couple have apparently already been on two romantic breaks together, despite Cat still being based in Los Angeles and Patrick remaining in the UK.

Rihanna and Chris Brown Collaborate

Rihanna has hit headlines yet again this week, after it was revealed that her ex Chris Brown has been working with her on several songs. The collaboration has come as a shock to fans due to the turbulent nature of their relationship as a couple, with Chris Brown being arrested for assaulting Rihanna, leaving her battered and bruised. Rihanna especially has been criticized for the reunion, as she is sending negative messages to her fans, especially as she is supposed to be a role model to young girls across the world. The lyrics in the songs have spurred rumours that the pair are once again romantically involved, with the X-Rated version of her song ‘Birthday Cake’ including a rap by  Chris Brown with the words; ‘Girl I wanna f*** you right now. Been a long time, I’ve been missing your body.’

Gary Barlow and Wife Expecting Fourth Child

Gary Barlow confirmed this week that his wife Dawn is expecting their fourth baby, by describing the news on twitter as #Anotherowngoal. With the singers’ career reaching another level last year after becoming an integral part of Saturday night TV, and receiving an NTA for charity work, it seems that things keep getting better for Gary, as he told fans he has a ‘very excited family.’ Gary and his wife already have two daughters; Daisy aged 3, Emily aged nine, and an eleven year old son called Daniel, and joked that his next goal was to become ‘Celebrity Dad of the year.
