Phin Phitness: Conquering Your Exercise Issues

Hello ladies! TGIF! We are getting closer to finals week so I know we
are all stressed! Working out is the perfect way to distress and I have a simple and
efficient move to help you ladies along with this busy week!
 
Our target area of the week is our biceps and triceps so in order to tackle them we’re
going to do the power move of the week: Arm Circles .
 
Okay, so to start off stand with your feet flat o the ground and make sure your arms
are extended out to the side so that it forms a 90-degree angle to your body. Once
you are in that position, start moving your arms in small circles forward. Do as many
of these rotations as you are comfortable with and then switch and reverse the
motion and again do as many as you can in the reverse motion. Take a breather and
then repeat this two more times.
This exercise is simple but don’t underestimate it, it definitely does the trick!
