We know it feels like you were just packing up the dorm and heading back home for the summer. The first day of that internship you grew to love (or hate) could have been yesterday. But once again, Kenyon College has slowly filled with life the past couple of weeks, and now students sprawl out on Ransom Lawn and stroll down Middle Path to enjoy the little bit of summer weather we have left. Another year at Kenyon has arrived, and with it comes another year of articles from HerCampus Kenyon!
The staff of HCK welcomes back all of our lovely readers with the promise that this year is going to be one for the ages. The college started off the school year strong last week with the best post-First Year Sing picnic ever – three cheers for sitting on hay bales surrounded by friends and sunflowers while eating delicious local foods. All of us here at HerCampus strive to start off the year as well as AVI did. We can’t wait to start writing articles for you all. I for one am thrilled to be the new co-editor with the wonderful Emma Miller and to see what the year has in store. Stay tuned for articles from our awesome writers, new and returning!
