Her Campus Kean: What career do you plan to pursue after graduation?
Justin West: I plan to be a sports broadcaster or sports writer. I would like to work for a television network like ESPN. I plan to use my degree from Kean and my various contacts in the field of communications to help me pursue my goal.
HCK: Biggest Pet Peeve?
JW: When people try to put others down. That annoys me because we need to build each other up and help others when we can rather than be negative toward others.
HCK: What’s the best way a girl can get your attention?
JW: They should just be their self. If they have confidence and a good positive attitude every man will be drawn toward them including me.
HCK: Is there something about you most people don’t know?
JW: I was born a premature baby. The doctors gave me a 50/50 chance at birth of surviving. By god’s good graces, I survived and everything turned out great. I think that’s one of the reasons my mother always said I was a fighter.
HCK: Do you have any tattoos or piercings?
JW: I don’t have any tattoos or piercings but if I were to get a tattoo it would probably be on my bicep of a quote that defines me.
