Autumn has finally arrived here in Bloomington and we couldn’t be more excited. I mean ‘tis the season for changing leaves, apple picking, and yes (drumroll please), Starbucks’ famous Fall Menu. After an abnormally long and drawn out summer drinking iced coffee, the temperature is dropping and our beloved fall favorites are back at Starbucks to keep us warm.

But with all that delicious and cinnamony goodness comes inevitable downsides. Let’s be real, nothing that good comes without flaws (sigh). And that’s why it’s really no surprise that the Starbucks Fall Menu is loaded with excess sugar, calories, and fat.

Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t ever go get a Pumpkin Spice Latte because honestly, that wouldn’t be fair. You can and should indulge yourself every once in awhile. It’s all about moderation. But, consider all the calories you are blowing before you start ordering it everyday.

Here are the seasonal Starbucks drinks you should think twice about this fall.
