HC Framingham was so excited to try out the goodies in the Winter Survival Kit to help us get through finals and the holiday season! Let’s take a look at some thoughts!
Tarte Lights Camera Lashes
“Tarte brand mascara has an elegant faux leather casing; very eye catching. However, the contents of the mascara falls a bit short. The wand does not curve, which makes it difficult to get to the small lashed in my eye. This also led to problems with poking my eye thus getting mascara on my eyelid. I would rate this mascara 3/5, not bad but nothing spectacular.” – Mary Elizabeth
“I love mascaras and I love the brand Tarte. So I was ecstatic to see the Tarte Lights Camera Lashes! I was a little thrown off by the packaging and it made application a tad difficult (just because I wasn’t used to it). However, I still like it because it’s different from others. Overall, I’m very happy with how my lashes look! I get a good length without applying coat after coat after coat and makes my lashes nice and dark. It’s not as volumizing as other mascaras but I still would use this again for sure!” – Amanda
“I was so excited to try the Tarte mascara. I love the packaging and the tight seal it creates to keep the mascara from drying out. It definitely went on very smoothly and really elongated my eyelashes. I also loved how dark black it was. I will be using this as my daily mascara for sure!” – Rachel
Being by Sanctuary Spa Hand Cream
“I tried the cloudberry and lychee blossom Being by Sanctuary Spa hand cream. It smells so light and flowery it’s perfect for a little pick me up on hard days. It lasts for a long time and it felts so soft on your hands. I love the packaging too with the fruit as the eyes on the face.” – Rachel
“In the winter I pretty much need hand cream every single day. So the Salted Carmel and Macadamia cream from Being by Sanctuary Spa came just in the nick of time! First of all, I love the smell! Second, it feels great on my hands. It’s nice and cooling and I don’t have to worry about dry hands.” – Amanda
Fast Fix for Puffy Eyes
“I think for the hard times the alba botanica fast fix for puffy eyes is a perfect helping hand. Especially with finals coming up and late night studying!” – Amanda
Krazy Glue
“I have used Krazy Glue before and I love it. It really cements together whatever you are gluing. Even the smallest amount is needed to hold it together. This glue also works on a lot of surfaces too so it’s great in a pinch.” – Rachel
