4 of the Best Places to Enjoy Spring Around Campus

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Fairfield chapter.

Suburban Connecticut is, perhaps, one of the most beautiful places to enjoy the weather and scenery that accompany spring. Lucky for us Stags, our campus provides perfect spots to enjoy all that the season has to offer- here are a few!

  1. The Quad

This outdoor space is the perfect area to lay out a blanket with friends and do homework, just hang out, or get involved in some of the soccer, football and Frisbee games that are always taking place. On sunny days, the quad looks straight out of a college brochure. 2. The Library Lawn After studying in the lib for hours, spend some time in the fresh air on the sprawling, picturesque lawn directly out front. 3. Barone Patio Even though Barone is temporarily closed after Easter, the patio is the perfect place to enjoy an al fresco lunch or dinner elevated above campus. 4. Bellarmine Lawn If you’re a fan of sunsets, be sure to make it up to Bellarmine at dusk at least once while on campus. This view simply does not compare to any other lookout point on campus and is perfectly complimented with the gorgeous Bellarmine Mansion on the grounds.
