Of all the relatives I have to buy for at Christmas, I’d say that buying for my sister is possibly my favourite task. If you’re within 3 or 4 years of the same age, chances are that you’ll like the same sort of thing and so we don’t feel too bad that we may get slightly excited about using/wearing/munching on the items that constitute her Christmas present…?)

Sew Lomax is another option (and one we’ve asked for!) who do gorgeous designs which are just a little bit unusual… you could fill with makeup if you were looking to spend a little more money, chocolate, or simply gift it as if is, but we think there are few teenage girls about who wouldn’t appreciate the sentiment.

2) Personalised Photo Print
Although this particular item is only available from Not On The High Street, the company A Piece Of is well worth a browse when it comes to Christmas presents… The idea below is that you add an extra personalised touch to your favourite photo with wording of your choice and that you can then turn it into a poster/framed photo/wall hanging… definitely something you would want to keep for a very long time!

3) Tea/Brownie/Popcorn/Cake subscription
Not On The High Street is generally an all-round fab bet for Christmas presents, but they truly excel when it comes to yummy subscriptions (and when we say yummy, we mean yummy.) Literally anything you can think of, you can now buy a subscription for.

4) Space Nk Gift Set
Space Nk is yes, a little pricey generally but boy do they excel at Christmas! The Nars offerings in particular are fab and the value for money you get in comparison to their normal prices is something else… when one blush usually retails around the £23 mark, here you can get the Virtual Domination Cheek Palette containing 6 blushes for £45, or 5 of their Velvet or Satin Lip Pencils for £32 (usually £18 each!) We’re planning on divvying up the pencils between various people to make for a luxurious, but in the end surprisingly un-costly gift.

5) Browsing mid season sales at the end of October/beginning of November
So if you are really looking to invest in a present you are sure nobody else will gift your sister (*cough* or to save money…) you may have to be on it quite early with the Christmas presents.
