What is one tip you would give to college students going into their first interview.
I have more experience conducting the interview than going on interviews – the biggest thing I look for in a candidate is attitude and confidence. I would rather take an individual that is willing to work and has a a mutual mindset to better the company than an individual that has experience and little drive.
If you could tell your college self-one thing, what would that be?
Patience – greatness takes time and energy
