This time of year really brings out the beauty of Emmanuel. With the sun shining over the quad, everyone doing their homework at the picnic tables, and the cool breeze sweeping through, it’s hard not to fall in love with this campus all over again (minus the noise of the construction).
We asked a few EC students to share some of their favorite things about their experiences here. Check out their smiling faces and see what they had to say!

“I’d have to say one of my favorite things is the quad. In between classes you can see all of your friends, grab food from the Muddy, and it’s just relaxing.”

“We love that in a big city we have such an inclusive campus and there are so many opportunities for internships. The campus is also really pretty.”

“I think my favorite thing is the sense of community I got from touring here originally and the fact that it still hasn’t gone away since I’ve been here. I always feel connected.”

“I can’t walk to class without seeing four or five people that I know. It’s an actual sense of community. I know all my professors by first name, and I don’t feel like a pog in a giant machine, I feel like an actual person at this college.”

“I would say my favorite thing is the location and how it’s a small school. I love that I am able to know everyone’s face. I also really enjoy how my volleyball team feels like my second family. Being from Miami, Emmanuel has become my home away from home.”
