This summer is bringing out some major cinematic releases starring even bigger stars. While the line-up for the summer isn’t nearly as exciting as the winter and spring 2014 releases were, there are a few gems not to be missed.

What is said to be the biggest film release of Summer 2014 should come as no surprise, the film adaptation of John Greene’s best-selling novel The Fault in Our Stars. Shailene Woodley stars as a teenage girl stricken with cancer who falls for a boy (Ansel Elgort) in her support group. See it in theaters June 6th.

Officers Jenko (Channing Tatum) and Schmidt (Jonah Hill) are back in the hilarious sequel 22 Jump Street. Similar case, new location, this time they’re at college. See it in theaters June 13th.

The 4th installment in the Transformers franchise is hitting theaters this summer with Transformers 4: Age of Extinction where an ancient Transformer menace sets his sights on earth. See it in theaters June 27th.

The Expendables 3 is the third installment in the action-packed franchise with a cast including Sylvester Stallone, Nicolas Cage, Jackie Chan, and more. See it in theaters August 15th.
