Her Campus at Davidson: The Sleep Revolution

Her Campus at Davidson was lucky enough to receive a copy of Arianna Huffington’s book The Sleep Revolution as well as a kit of fun and innovative sleep products. In her book, Huffington discusses the impact of lack of sleep and gives readers a series of helpful tips for improving sleep. The girls on the HC Davidson team who received copies of the book are thrilled to implement the new sleep philosophy over the summer.

Huffington’s sleep kit also came with a variety of new methods for a better nights sleep. One team member received rohm: the white noise machine which helps to provide relaxing white noises sounds to help a person fall asleep. Another team member received Sense by Hello which helps facilitate a gentle wakeup in the morning. Other team members enjoyed the sleep mask, fun wood pen, and the pillow with the sassy phrase “sleep your way to the top.”

Overall, HC at Davidson was thrilled to received Arianna Huffington’s book and her sleep kit. We all look forward to implementing her tips for better sleep all night every night.
