Cooking Off Campus: February’s Sweet Sixteenth: S’more Chocolate

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Cornell chapter.

I’ve recently made an important discovery. And, since we are on a chocolate kick, I figured I might as well share it with all of you. It’s a bit like Oreos and peanut butter—unexpected, and yet so simple that you have to wonder why you waited so long to try it. Are you ready?

Kit Kat s’mores.

Just go try it now. If you don’t have a gas stove to roast your marshmallows, call your friends. Have a s’mores party. Teach a foreign exchange student what a s’more is and how to pronounce it.

And then replace that chocolate bar with a Kit Kat. Take two of the sticks, break each of them in half, and stick them on top of the marshmallow. They’ll get all melty on the outside, but complement the graham cracker by staying crisp and crunchy on the inside.

Trust me. It’s delicious.
