Who is your style icon? Beyonce, no? – Um when is Beyoncé not the answer? #wwbd. Also living in New York and being able to walk around downtown makes it really easy to get inspired.

How do you decide what to wear every morning? – Honestly, the time that I leave my bed to the time that I walk out of the door is never more than a 10 minute process. Which is good. My out of control snooze-pressing habit allows for me to think on my feet and not put too much thought into looking good for anyone other than myself.

What’s your go to winter accessory? – My friend just gave me this brand new Patagonia coat. Nothing tastes better than [close to] free, amirite? I’m also always wearing my Obey 5 Panel Hat.

Do you thing a rainy a day is an excuse not to look fly? – Excuse me? Being on your deathbed isn’t even an excuse not to look fly.

We know you’re one of the lovely gentlemen of SHARP at Columbia. What does it feel like putting on that suit and having everyone instantly swoon? – SHARP is family. I can’t stress that enough. And standing in front of a packed house with my brothers is the greatest feeling ever. So much love goes into our music, and the suit is just a reminder of how much of an honor it is to be able to sing with these guys.

Do you think the suit makes you sing better? – Oh of course. How could you not sing better when you look flyer than everyone else in the room?

What/ who are you wearing in the picture above? – Well the T-shirt is from the Beyoncé and Jay Z “On the Run Tour.” My sister and I had floor seats, and both of our lives were irreversibly changed. Pants are Levi’s, and the chambray shirt is from Old Navy. Shoes are Sperry’s, and unsurprisingly, I’m wearing my Obey hat.

Where do you shop? – I adore thrift shops. But besides that I basically live at H&M.

What store would we never catch you dead at? – Abercrombie & Fitch / Hollister. Ew.

Do you have more fun getting dressed for Cali weather or New York weather? – Cali. Hands down. The fact that winter simply does not exist back home makes trying out new things a whole lot easier. Sandals and shorts, or pants and a sweater, it’s all fair game for the whole year.

How has your style changed since moving to New York? – After moving here, I quickly made the switch from dressing only in jeans and a tshirt to actually trying to express myself.

If you could only wear three things for the rest of the week what would they be? – Chinos, my dank sweater that I just got for $4 at Salvation Army, and a pair of white vans.

What do you think every guy should have in their closet? – A Patagonia fleece, a pair of low cut sneakers, and a good-fitting pair of chinos. Good-fitting is key.
