 Hometown: Buffalo, NY

 Matthew Johnson is a graduate student at Colgate  University for English Secondary Education (M.A.T). When  Matt is not taking courses up the hill, he is the assistant  coach for the Colgate Women’s Rugby Team and has helped  lead them to their first win of the season! As a graduate from  Ithaca College, Matt is used to the cold, snowy weather of  upstate New  York and is most excited for the upcoming  hunting season. He has his camouflage ready! Matt is  fitting in well at Colgate, and his favorite aspect of Colgate is  that every guy on campus seems to own the same pair of  plaid shorts and boat shoes. However, his least favorite part  of Colgate is how people walk in front of his car ALL THE  TIME while he’s  driving! After  Matt graduates, he wants to  crack a beer and  relax for a minute, and then find a  teaching position at a  nearby school.

Emily Bliss is a sophomore at Colgate University, where her academic interests include Political Science, Economics, and Chinese. She hopes to attend business school upon her graduation. In addition to being a tour guide and admissions office volunteer, she competes with the Alpine Ski Racing Team and the Rugby Club. Emily calls Cambridge, Massachusetts home, as it is where she was born and raised, though she loves living in Hamilton, New York when school is in session. Her favorite activities include spending time in and around Boston, watching Gossip Girl, traveling, and cooking!
