What is your favorite part of being an athlete at Colgate? They wash my clothes for me
Do you have any good pre-race rituals to share? I used to wear lucky socks, eat a peanut butter and honey sandwich, and put on the same deodorant before every race. I’ve calmed down a bit since then.

Do you plan to keep running in the future? Mom will probably make me
Any advice you have to give to athletes just starting at Colgate? Being on a D1 team is a privilege! Don’t forget that
