Moving into college is hard enough without trying to fit all of your belongings into one side of an already cramped room.  Take your unorganized room and make it worthy of a Pinterest page!

  1. Organize your necklaces using a bulletin board and tacks.  It’s cheap and will look super cute over your desk.  Add some flair by putting a monogram or a wooden letter on it.

     2.   Want that Lilly Pulitzer look but don’t want to spend $40 a pillow?  Try buying some fabric and making your own pillowcase.

      3.    Paint a piece of wood and add your own touch with decorative knobs to create a place to hang keys, umbrellas, and wallets, so you’ll never have to dig through your desk again.

       4.     For easy-to-grab makeup and accessories, make a magnetic board to hang on your wall or prop up.

        5.    Instead of shoving your pencils into your desk drawer, glam up your desk with decorated mason jars.  Use them to store any school supplies or even fake flowers for a pop of color.
