5 Perks of Being a CWRU Student

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Case chapter.

1. Obviously, CWRU is a pretty good school, academically speaking

Let’s remember the main reason we came here – so we can learn from some of the best faculty in the country and get great jobs after graduation. Academically speaking, CWRU is a pretty good place to be, if you ask me.

2. Students here are multi-talented

You’re in pretty good company if you go to CWRU. I’ve met many science and music double majors, engineers pursuing dance on the side, and business majors who plan to attend medical school. There’s always somebody to learn from.

3. The athletics

We may be D3, but we compete like we’re D1.

4. Small classes mean better relationships with professors

Compared to most schools around us, CWRU has a small student to faculty ratio. Maybe that recommendation for grad school won’t be so hard to obtain.

5. The school’s proximity to Cleveland

Let’s be real: we’re pretty lucky to live close the city. We’re a bus ride away from the House of Blues, Playhouse Square, and yummy downtown restaurants. It’s so easy to get in on all of the city action!
