The 11 Best Places To Eat On Campus

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Case chapter.

Because good food means a good time.

11. Denny’s

Although the main reason students love to gather at Denny’s is because it is open so late and takes meal swipes, their regular menu is actually not too shabby. What Freshman 15?

10. Panera

It’s classic. Everyone likes Panera.

9. Potbelly’s

Because their Mac and Cheese and soups are to die for, and their sandwiches taste just right after a long days of classes.

8. Chipotle

Who knew that you can Tapingo your Chipotle order? Because I recently learned about this, and it changed my life.

7. 8Twenty6

Create-your-own-salad never tasted so good.

6. Indian Flame

I’m willing to trek all the way to the far corners of North Side for some top-notch garlic naan.

5. Jimmy Johns

Mostly because their delivery is on point, and I don’t have to leave the library during finals to eat.

4. Piccadilly

This artisan yogurt shop may be the cutest hole in the wall on campus, and their home-made yummy mixes and organic ingredients make me (almost) forget about all the calories I’m ingesting.

3. Michelson and Morley

We may not all have the budget to eat there, but their menu is enough reason to save up. It’s the perfect lunch place for visiting parents or other relatives, and most importantly, rumor has it that Babs likes to get lunch there sometimes.

2. Melt University

CWRU’s greatest idea was bringing Melt to our campus and allowing us to partake in its cheesy goodness.

1. The Jolly Scholar

This restaurant affectionately known as “The Jolly” has stolen our hearts since 2008. Not only is their food amazing, they’re also known for their variety of weekly and special events, and for continuing to give us a reason to step back from our busy college lives and get Jolly. Their constant drive to improve in any way they can and their friendly staff are the icing on the cake of the perfect campus dining experience.
