Her Campus: What attracted you to Brandeis?
Zara Hoffman: The people. Everyone is just so friendly and warm that I immediately knew this is where I wanted to be.
HC: What activities are you involved in on campus?
ZH: Her Campus (obviously) and sometimes Ballroom Club, or the free Zumba classes.
HC: How did you get involved in Her Campus?
ZH: I started reading their stuff online when I was applying to colleges and loved what I read. And then when I decided to come to Brandeis and learned there was a HC Chapter, I knew I needed to join.
HC: What’s the best thing about being a first-year?
ZH: I have the freedom to try new things and explore without needing to immediately make concrete decisions.
HC: Where do you see yourself in ten years?
ZH: Hopefully as a literary agent in an NYC publishing house and a successful self-published author.
