4 Ways to Wear the Jeans You’ll Buy at Charity Denim

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Bentley chapter.

On November 4th from 12-4pm, the Panhellenic Council will be hosting Charity Denim, a non-profit organization that travels to colleges in America to raise money for different organizations.

Charity Denim sells jeans from lots of designers, including J Brand, Rock and Republic, James Jeans, and many others at a 40-60% discount!

So to get you all ready for this exciting event, here are some fashion tips for the best ways to wear your new jeans:

1.)  Skinny jeans and boots

Skinny jeans have become the newest sensation this year and every closet must have a pair. The main reason these jeans have become so popular is because they are extremely versatile.

One of the simplest, yet put together looks is skinny jeans with flat boots. Just pull on your skinny jeans—even if a lot of tugging is required—and pull on a pair of tight fitting flat boots over them to look like an instant celeb. Or, if you want to look even more daring, wear black high heeled boots and a slim cut jacket for a super sexy look.

2.)  Skinny jeans and a scarf

Another simple way to make your look fashionable is to pair it with a simple top and a colorful scarf. No longer just something that people wear to keep warm, the scarf has become a way to take any casual shirt and make it look designer. Paired with skinny jeans and flats, this outfit will seem effortlessly stylish.

3.)  Flared jeans and a fitted  top

Flared jeans are my personal favorite because of how comfy they are, but you have to work a little harder to make sure that they don’t look sloppy or boring. The best way to accomplish this is to pair it with a tighter top to balance out the bottom of the jeans. Not only will this make you look put together, but it will also show off some of your best assets!

4.)  Jeggings and a Tunic

Jeggings, for all their hype, are simply leggings made out of jean material. However, the one major positive that jeggings have over leggings is that they can be worn with just a shirt without people making comments about putting on pants (you know who you are). This is one of the few types of jeans that you can wear a baggy shirt and still look put-together. Pick out a slouchy tunic and pair with some flats and you’re ready to roll! To make it look a little more dressed up, add some accessories, such as a long necklace or a charm bracelet.

With these tips you can now confidently walk into Charity Denim on November 4th knowing exactly what to buy to look your best this fall.
