9. Coffee
Coffee is almost every collegiette’s go to energy booster throughout the week, especially finals week. It has enough caffeine to get the energy needed to study on for the next set of notes and flashcards to go over. It takes effect within 15 minutes, and as soon as the first sip hits your lips, you’ll be ready to tackle whatever studying or tasks you have that day.

There are a lot of good qualities about avocados, and two of them being high levels of fiber and mono-saturated fats. These fats are good for the body and it creates energy really fast, giving you the healthy and tasty kick you need.
