Instagram Banned #Curvy So #Curvee is the New #Curvy

You’ve probably heard about free the nipple; well now there’s free the curves. Instagram has been trying to limit the nude photos shared on the social network and as a result #curvy has been made unsearchable. This has left many curvy women aggravated with Instagram’s policy, with many women opting to use #curvee instead.

The recent emergence of movements such as #effyourbeautystandards has inspired many women to embrace their curves and to love their bodies exactly the way they are. These women want Instagram to #bringcurvyback so that they can proudly flaunt their curvy looks.

“My curves are a part of who I am, they help make me beautiful. I may not have the ideal body, but I’m comfortable the way I am most of the time and am learning to love myself,” user jadeyface92 wrote. It’s inspiring that these women have found a way to love themselves in a social climate that often promotes the opposite. We hope Instagram sees this and brings #curvy back.
