Tonight my friend Anne Mare and I are going out… and raging.
Other than dates with my boyfriend, I haven’t actually gone out while on my diet. I know I sound like a huge dweeb (and even more now for using the word “dweeb”) but I’ve been super busy with mid-terms.
I need a break.
Though drinking alcohol isn’t completely cut out of the Jump Start Diet–Jillian Michaels recommends a maximum of 2 glasses of wine a week.
Yeah, that’s not going to happen. At least I’m being honest!
I think my break is well-deserved–I’ve been working really hard at school and at the gym so I’m thinking that this won’t hurt my diet and the weight loss I’ve had the past two weeks that much. Right?
We’ll see. Wish me luck.
