FLOTUS, boss feminist and now pop star? Michelle Obama really does do it all. She appeared on James Corden’s famous Carpool Karaoke segment and, as we would expect, she killed it.
Not only did she jam out to Stevie Wonder, but she also showed some respect for the other queen in America—none other than Beyoncé. The FLOTUS looked right at home singing along to “Single Ladies,” in the Bey Hive “making honey to put in [their] Lemonade.” Yes, she did say that.
The First Lady also spent some time chatting about her Let Girls Learn program, which aims to help the 62 million girls worldwide that aren’t currently being educated. Since Michelle Obama is literally the coolest, you can follow her on Snapchat to keep up with her travels and the program.
To top it off, Missy Elliott joined the party and jammed out to Michelle’s song “This is for My Girls,” released earlier this year with the rest of the FLOTUS’ squad. Then, after seeing Michelle rap “Get Your Freak On,” even Missy said she didn’t want to leave and we don’t blame her. After watching this, it’s no wonder Melania Trump wanted to copy Michelle.
