Adele Is An Even Bigger Beyoncé Fan Than You Are

It’s been almost two weeks since Beyoncé released her new album Lemonade. Just about everyone raced to social media to express their thoughts on the groundbreaking work—whether it was about the stunning visuals, the incredible music, or more often than not the rumors of Jay Z’s infidelity.

But there was one person who had not yet shared her thoughts on the album: Adele. The Beyhive was dying to know what the songstress had to say and, in a recent Instagram post, she finally expressed her thoughts in the sweetest and most gracious way.

“I’m not late on this I’ve just been speechless,” Adele captioned a picture of herself with an oversized photo of Beyoncé’s Irreplaceable album, explaining why she had yet to comment on Bey’s most recent album.

She went on to pay Queen Bey the highest compliment, referring to her as “the most inspiring person I’ve ever had the pleasure of worshipping. Her talent, beauty, grace and work ethic are all in a league of their own. I appreciate you so much! Thank god for Beyoncé X”

In a society that loves to pit successful women against each other, it is empowering to see Adele express her wholehearted support for her fellow superstar.

Does this mean we can look forward to an Adele and Beyoncé collaboration?
