As we all know, getting your hands on one of Kylie Jenner’s Lip Kits is not easy. They’ve sold out in as quickly as three minutes and have literally broke the internet—so needless to say, it’s basically impossible to get one. So impossible, actually, that people have resorted to stealing them straight off of doorsteps.
According to claims sent to the Better Business Bureau, customers’ lipsticks are being stolen because of the recognizable packaging. Last week the company wrote, “Currently the BBB is receiving multiple complaints from this company’s customers claiming that after ordering and paying for products, some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected.”
Seventeen reports that because the boxes are so clearly recognizable, with the white paint drips coming down the sides, Kylie Jenner has actually been forced to redesign it entirely.
The new box, above, has the signature paint drip design on the inside of the box rather than on the outside. Fingers crossed that this stops the thieves and lets the Lip Kits get to their rightful owners!
