This Is How Kourtney Kardashian Keeps Her Skin Healthy & Glowing

The Kardashian family has many talents, but perhaps the most enviable is their ability to look completely flawless, like, all the time. Kourtney Kardashian recently shared some skin care tips on her app, and I know I could benefit from her step-by-step routine for healthy and glowing skin.

We broke down her four steps even more because, well, we all know that taking care of our skin is an intense but rewarding process. Not only does treating your skin right result in softer and more vibrant skin, and will make you feel amazing from head to toe. It can be hard to find the right balance between moisturized and not too oily, so if you want to test out Kourtney’s skin care routine, check out these 10 steps to achieve glowing, Kardashian-worthy skin.

1. Moisturize in the shower

Kourtney uses an exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin cells. Try Spongellé’s Body Wash Infused Buffer ($16) to cut a step from the process.

2. Pat dry after you shower

But leave your skin “a little damp,” she says.

3. Apply coconut oil

Right out of the shower, put it everywhere, except on your face. Let it sit for 10 minutes for best results.

4. Drink lots of water

You need to hydrate to have radiant skin.

5. Secret ingredient: apple cider vinegar

Kourt adds two tablespoons of the stuff to a glass of water in order to help with vitamin absorption. This is actually a thing.

6. Drink green tea

Twice a day, ladies! I think this is a sacrifice I can make.

7. Soak in a salt bath

Use detox salts to remove toxins. Again, another noble sacrifice.

8. Apply face oil before bed

Nourish your skin before you sleep—Kourtney Kardashian uses Manuka Doctor face oil ($17.09) on her neck, chest, feet and hands. We also like the Mad Hippie Antioxidant Facial Oil ($24.99).

9. Sleep in socks

They hold in the moisture. This tip seems legit enough.

10. Only use silk pillowcases

I’m telling you, Kourtney has healthy skin down to a science.

And guess what? She has another post coming about her facial routine, so subscribe to her app for more—or keep checking HC!
