Lose the Freshman 15: Inspire Your HIIT Workout With a Playlist

Since today is the first time I get to attempt the Drop 10 Indoor HIIT workout—hello, new gym membership—I thought I’d celebrate the occasion with a new workout playlist. Running has never been my forte (or at least running fast hasn’t), so I always make sure I have a good mix to rock out to.

Favorite tip of the day: Time out a playlist for exactly how long you want your workout to be. I don’t know about you guys, but if I have too many songs to choose from, I wind up concentrating on skipping tracks more than I do actually pushing myself in my workout. Good for a distraction, but bad for my hot bod aspirations.

Embarking on the Drop 10 HIIT workout today? I chose a balanced mix of fast pump-up songs for those sprints and slower but still energizing tracks for your jogs. Jam along with me!

  1. How To Be A Heartbreaker by Marina and the Diamonds
  2. My Body (K. Flay Remix) by Young the Giant
  3. Whistle (DJ eMPea Remix) by Flo Rida
  4. Kiss  You by One Direction
  5. Anything Could Happen (Club Banger Remix) by Ellie Goulding
  6. 212 by Azealia Banks
  7. Only Wanna Dance With You by Ke$ha
  8. Turn Up The Love by Far East Movement
  9. Oye Baby by Pitbull
  10. I Love It (Cobra Starship Remix) by Icona Pop feat. Charli XCX
