10 Thoughts at the Beginning of Every Semester

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at VCU chapter.

I promise to use my planner for everything this time!

What is with this traffic? Is everyone coming into the city all at once?

I will eat out less and use my dining plan more.

Why did ratemyprofessor give him/her a chilly pepper?

YES! He/she drops the lowest exam grade at the end of the semester!

Who even sets the prices on these textbooks?

I can totally balance exercise, classes, work, homework, and sleep. No biggy…

This is the semester of the 4.0. I swear.

I’ll just clean and then keep it clean. No time for a messy home this semester!

I will ALWAYS put my academic life before my social life.

Good luck on the new semester!
