The Bachelorette: Where Are They Now?

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UCD chapter.

As we eagerly anticipate the premiere of the newest Bachelorette season in just a few short weeks, let’s look back on some of our favorite past Bachelorettes- who is married, who has kids, and who has simply just fallen off the face of the earth.

Trista Rehn Sutter

Trista was the very first Bachelorette and the first member of both franchises to marry the guy she chose at the end, Ryan Sutter. They had an extremely pink televised wedding, and currently live in Vail, Colorado, with their two kids Max and Blakesley. See, the show can work!

DeAnna Pappas Stagliano

DeAnna came from Brad Womack’s season of The Bachelor, when he famously rejected both girls at the final episode. DeAnna and her choice on The Bachelorette, Jesse Csincsak, only lasted a few months. DeAnna is now married to Stephen Stagliano, the twin brother of Michael Stagliano, who made it to the final four in Jillian Harris’s season (confusing, I know). DeAnna and Stephen live in LA with their daughter Addison and new baby boy Austin.

Ali Fedotowsky

We first met Ali when she left Jake Pavelka’s season in order to keep her job with Facebook (hello dream job). When it was her turn as the lead, she chose Roberto Martinez and they lasted for about a year and a half before calling it quits. Ali is now living in LA with her fiancé, Kevin Manno, and they have a baby girl due in July!

Ashley Hebert Rosenbaum

Ashley was the dentist from Maine who had impeccable style and an infectious laugh. She chose J.P. Rosenbaum, and they have been married for 3 ½ years and recently celebrated the first birthday of their son, Fordham Rhys.

Emily Maynard Johnson

Brad Womack originally proposed to Emily during his season of The Bachelor, but they broke up during the airing of the show. The single mom from North Carolina (who was also previously engaged to Nascar legend Ricky Hendrick’s son) ended up choosing Jef Holms, however they too only lasted a few months. Emily is now married to Tyler Johnson, and they have one son together, Jennings, and are expecting their second child!

Desiree Hartstock

Desiree’s season was pretty uneventful until Brooks quit the show and she had a full meltdown. Somehow she pulled it together and chose Chris Siegfried. Des and Chris have been married for a year and just announced her pregnancy.

Andi Dorfman

The former assistant district attorney left Juan Pablo’s season of The Bachelor after she finally realized how much of a tool he is. At the end of her journey Andi chose former professional baseball player Josh Murray, and they lasted about half a year before splitting. Andi now lives in New York City and has a book coming out this month about her time on the show.

Kaitlyn Bristowe

Kaitlyn was the second Canadian Bachelorette, and she brought the sass. She received a lot of flack after admitting to sleeping with one of the contestants, Nick Viall, during filming of the season. In the end, Kaitlyn gave her heart to personal trainer Shawn Booth. They have been engaged for a full year now and live together in Nashville, but have not discussed any wedding plans.

We can’t wait to watch newcomer JoJo Fletcher during her quest to find the love of her life!
