What Really Happened to Finn McCool’s Gastropub

On the eve of thirsty Thursday, Finn McCool’s Gastropub posted a notice on Instagram of a closed sign, and the community was heartbroken at the thought of the beloved college bar suffering the same fate as Kildare’s. A student decided to reach out to Finn’s, and sadly got the following response when they asked why the pub closed. 

It seems that Finn McCool’s is truly closed, Delaware. RIP Pitchers.

Kaylee is the former President and Editor in Chief for Her Campus at the University of Delaware. She held this title from 2017-2020 and wrote for Penn State's chapter as a contributor prior to this. Now a proud UD class of 2020 alum (B.A. in Public Policy and Writing), Kaylee is completing her Masters in Public Health. Aside from writing, Kaylee was involved in many activities as an undergrad.
