If you’re sitting at home in Delaware thinking “there is nothing to do in this state,” think again. Here is a list of five of the best fall activities to do in Delaware during the fall.

1. Milburn Orchards: Nothing says fall like apples, pumpkins and donuts. Milburn Orchards has it all. Located right on the other side of the Delaware-Maryland border, this orchard is perfect for that fall photoshoot you and your friends have been looking for.

2. Coffin Gardens: This free garden hidden in the heart of Wilmington is perfect for any group in need of an adventure. The statutes and winding staircases look like they were taken right out of a Victorian garden.

3. Frightland: Frightland is a scary attraction not for the faint of heart. They offer eight unique experiences including a mile-long hayride. This is perfect for any group looking for the bonding experience of being scared to death.

4. Hurricane Hill: Who doesn’t love getting lost with their best friends. Hurricane Hill allows you to get lost in an elaborate corn maze. Create challenges with your friends to see who can get out faster. Plus they have goats!

5. Axxiom Escape Room: At the end of Main Street lies a scary carnival-themed escape room. This is perfect for a friend group looking to get in the Halloween mood without having to go far.
