As a part of the choir myself, I very much enjoyed learning and performing this rendition of the Jackson Five’s I Want You Back. We worked very hard to perfect our submission, and if we win the prize money it will go directly to funding our international tour in May! The choir will be touring in Brussels, Belgium, performing at many different venues in Belgium and one in Amsterdam.
Special shoutout to our incredible soloist, Dr. Jeffrey Murdock! He is the Associate Director of Choral Activities and conducts the Inspirational Chorale and the Men’s Chorus here at the university, and also teaches other courses in the music department.
