From detox juices to protein shakes, here are seven recipes to brighten up your week.

With all the endless options of food available, it’s easy to fall out of a healthy and stable diet. Thankfully, I’ve tried seven famous smoothie recipes for you so that you can decide which is best for your body—and if they’re worth the hype…

Monday: Post-Weekend Detox Juice

  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice
  • Handful of spinach
  • One baby cucumber
  • A handful of frozen pineapples

A little bitter but definitely made me feel more energized after a long weekend.

Tuesday: Protein-Packed Shake

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • Half cup of unsweetened oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • Ice

Great for post-workouts because this smoothie is packed with protein which builds muscle and heals muscle tears.

Wednesday: Tropical Fruit Concoction

  • Handful of frozen mangos
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • Half a banana
  • Handful of frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • 3 spoons of vanilla probiotic yogurt

  • Handful of spinach
  • Half an avocado
  • Handful of frozen pineapples
