11 Commuter Struggles Ryerson Students Know Too Well

1. When you have to wake up two hours before class:Oh joy! I get to sleep in till eight.

2. When you have mastered the art of putting on makeup, eating breakfast and getting out of the house in under twenty minutes.

3. When your daily exercise routine consists of running to catch the train/bus/subway.

4. When you’re late for the bus and your presto card denies you funds.*no..no..no!!!!

5. When you get stuck in between a group of old uncles arguing about politics at the top of their lungs.

6. When you get stuck with seat right beside the bathroom on the GO Train.

7. When the Ticket Man comes to check your ticket and you can’t find your student ID Card.*Checks purse vigorously*“No..no…I swear I have it!

8. When you enter a full bus, and Little Miss Precious decides that her her backpack needs its own seat, while you’re standing

9. When you run out of subway tokens, have no change, and they don’t accept debit/credit.

10. When ‘tired’ is your permanent state.

11.  When you finally get to class, and the girl beside you complains about waking up for class when she lives four minutes away.
