The New Year marks a time when many people decide to embark on fitness journeys. However, during the current pandemic with many people hesitating to go to the gym, at home exercise has become a common way to stay fit. Here are some of my favorite videos for every fitness level that can be done from your home!

The Newbie

Are you new to fitness and don’t know where to begin? This video by POPSUGAR fitness is super energetic and fun, but low impact and geared towards beginners. Don’t worry if you struggle at the start of your fitness journey, everyone does! Just start slow, stay focused on your goals, and believe in yourself!

The Couch Potato

Have you always hated working out? Try yoga! The great thing about yoga is that it is very low intensity, easy to modify to your fitness level, and you can do it just about anywhere. You just need yourself and a yoga mat (or the floor). This is a great video for beginners and seasoned yogis alike!

The Dancer

As a dancer myself, dance workout videos are my absolute favorite. They are the perfect way to have fun and burn those calories at the same time! This 30-minute dance workout is a great way to listen to some amazing Latin music and dance it out!

The TikTok Addict

We all know TikTok has been taking over the world by storm. If you are a fan of the current TikTok music trends, you’d love this video filled with all the latest hits and viral dance moves!

The K-pop Lover

Do you love Kpop? This workout video offers a poppin’ workout combining dance moves and traditional exercises while incorporating some of the biggest music hits in Kpop! In fact, she has multiple Kpop videos on her channel so check them out and have fun!

The Seasoned Expert

Are you a seasoned fitness enthusiast who is bored of the same workout routines? Here is an advanced cardio kickboxing work-out that might be the new challenge you’re looking for. Personally, I am a fan of kickboxing at all levels, so even if you’re a newbie check out more videos on their channel for a beginner-friendly kickboxing workout!

Hopefully, these videos inspire you to get started on your fitness journey or offer new ideas to spice up your workout routine to make it more exciting. Remember to stay focused on your goals and believe in yourself, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
